Terms & Conditions for Term Deposit and Mutual Fund Campaign

  1. Privilege for new and existing customers of the bank (individual customer) who open a term deposit account for 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 36 months via LHB You with the following criteria: 
    • For new customers who have never had any products with the bank (individual customer), when opening a term deposit account for 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 36 months via LHB You app from 1 April - 30 November 2024 and have a deposit amount of 1,000,000 baht or more per 1 account per 1 type of deposit period, customers will receive e-Voucher to access Miracle Lounge value 1,300 baht.
    • For existing customers (individual customer), when opening a term deposit account for 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 36 months via LHB You app from 1 April - 30 November 2024 and have a additional deposit amount of 1,000,000 baht or more (new money deposit) per 1 account per 1 type of deposit period, customers will receive e-Voucher to access Miracle Lounge value 1,300 baht.
  2. Privilege for new and existing customers of the bank (individual customer) when buying or switching mutual funds through Profita app with the following criteria: 
    • For customers who buy or switch mutual funds through Profita with a cumulative amount of 1,000,000 baht or more in funds with a fund management fee of 1% or more, from 7 May 2024 to 30 November 2024, will receive e-Voucher to access Miracle Lounge value 1,300 baht. 
  3. The marketing campaign period for term deposit products from 1 April 2024 – 30 November 2024 and the marketing campaign period for mutual funds from 7 May 2024 – 30 November 2024.
  4. Customers who meet the conditions will be eligible for 1-time access Miracle Lounge at Don Mueang Airport or Suvarnabhumi Airport. The Miracle Lounge can be accessed from 1 April to 31 December 2024 for customers who qualify for the benefit through term deposit product. The Miracle Lounge can be accessed from 7 May – 31 December 2024 for customers who qualify for the benefit through mutual fund products. If customers do not redeem the e-Voucher to access the lounge within the specified period, the privilege will be forfeited.
  5. The privilege limit to 1 customer per 1 privilege per 1 product. Reserved the rights for customers who meet the campaign conditions specified by the bank and customers must have normal account status and maintaining the full deposit amount for the specified campaign period for term deposit customers.
    • Example 1:
    • Day 1: New or existing customers open a 6-month term deposit account with a deposit of 1,000,000 baht
    • Day 2: New or existing bank customers open a 3-month term deposit account with a deposit of 1,000,000 baht.
      Thus, the customer will be eligible to access Miracle Lounge value 1,300 baht for 1 time access as per deposit amount on Day 1 only.
    • Example 2:
    • Day 1: New or existing open a 6-month term deposit account with a minimum deposit of 1,000,000 baht through LHB You app.
    • Day 2: Purchase mutual funds with a fund fee of 1% or more for a total of 1,000,000 baht via Profita app.
      Thus, customers will receive 2 Miracle Lounge access e-Vouchers worth 1,300 baht each, one for the term deposit transaction on Day 1 and one for the mutual fund purchase on Day 2.
  6. The right to access Miracle Lounge is limited to 1 privilege per 1 time usage.
  7. The right to access Miracle Lounge is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per usage. If the usage duration exceeds the specified duration, customers will be required to pay additional service fees at the rate specified by Miracle Lounge. Payment can be made directly at Miracle Lounge.
  8. If customers have already received privileges from this campaign, customers will not be able to participate in other term deposit marketing or mutual funds campaigns during the same period. 
  9. The bank reserves the right to exclude existing customers from this promotion if they transfer funds from other accounts within Land and House Bank Public Company Limited to their term deposit accounts. To be eligible, existing customers must make a new deposit of at least 1,000,000 baht. This will be verified by checking their total asset under management (Total AUM). 
  10. The value of the Miracle Lounge access of 1,300 THB that customers receive is calculated to be equivalent to an interest rate of 0.13% per year on a deposit of 1,000,000 baht for a period of 1 year. 
  11. Customers will receive a QR code via the LHB You application ("Rewards" menu) after depositing money according to the conditions within 1 business day after the customer has met the required conditions.
  12. The QR code can be shown to the Miracle Lounge staff to access. 
  13. This privilege cannot be changed, canceled, exchanged, or converted into different privileges in any case. 
  14. The bank reserves the right not to refund benefits to customers in all cases.
  15. Customers may transfer or gift this privilege to others.
  16. Customers must redeem the privilege through the LHB You application ("Rewards" menu) only. Other channels cannot be used to redeem the privilege. The customer's mobile device must support Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher, or other browsers that are based on Chrome browser version 113.0 or higher. Alternatively, the customer's phone must use an iOS or Android operating system which was released from 2018 onwards.
  17. The bank reserves the right to amend, change, and/or cancel the terms and conditions of this campaign, in whole or in part, including changing the rewards/privileges to those of equal value. The bank will notify customers 30 days in advance via the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited www.lhbank.co.th
  18. The interest rates, terms, conditions, and period of the campaign are subject to the bank's determination and discretion. The bank will consider the terms and conditions to be reasonable and fair, with the customer's interests being primary. The bank's decision is final.
