1. For Individuals:
       1.1 Thai citizens:
               - National ID card or other government-issued documents.

       1.2 Non-Thai citizens: Passport copy, Work Permit, or Residence Certificate
               - Passport copy, or Copies of alien identification card.
               - Work Permit 
               - OR Residence Certificate (for persons residing in Thailand)

2. For Legal Entities:
              - Authorized person's ID copy.
              - Company certificate.
              - Meeting resolution document authorizing the rental

Remark:
        - Every document that is a copy must be signed and certified.
        - When submitting documents for requesting safe deposit box rental to the bank, the customer must bring the original documents to present to the bank every time.

Safe Deposit Box Rental Service	Fee rate
Rental fee:
Small sized 13x20x4"	2,000 Baht per year (Not including VAT.)
Medium sized 13x20x8"	3,500 Baht per year (Not including VAT.)
Big sized 13x20x12"	4,800 Baht per year (Not including VAT.)
Safe deposit key deposit rental fee:	3,000 Baht per year (Not including VAT.)
Fines for breaking safe keys or lost keys	3,000 Baht per time.

First-year rental fees:
First-year rental fees must be paid in cash at the branch.
The person requesting the safe deposit box rental service must pay a fee. “Safe deposit key deposit” according to the bank's announcement of fee rates On the day you come to sign the safe deposit box rental agreement with the bank.

Renewal-year rental fees:
The bank will collect the safe deposit box rental fee in advance on an annual basis. By deducting money from a savings account or The current deposit account that the customer has requested in the safe deposit box rental agreement.

The customer must have a balance in the deposit account. Enough to pay the annual fee. and maintain the deposit account throughout the safe rental period.

• Above fee and key deposit amounts are exclusive of the value added tax (“VAT”).

1. In case of a safe deposit box renter who has overdue rent, the bank will not allow access to the safe deposit box until all outstanding fees are paid in full. The Bank may proceed as specified in the "Safe Deposit Box Rental Agreement".
2. The consideration to provide safe deposit box services to any individual or under conditions is at the sole discretion of the bank as it deems appropriate.
