Customers of Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD) have been able to apply to receive dividends into their bank accounts through the LHB You application since March 18, 2024. |

How do I apply to receive dividends through the LHB You application? |
Customers can easily apply to receive e-Dividends with TSD into their accounts through the LHB You application with just 3 simple steps:
- Select the “Apply for e-Dividends with TSD“ in the transaction menu.
- Choose the account to receive dividends.
- Wait for the SMS confirmation from TSD.

Can I apply to receive dividends through the LHB You application again? |
Customers can re-apply, and the registration data will be sent to TSD. TSD will process the latest registration data and confirm the registration status via SMS. |

How will I know if the registration is successful? |
Customers will receive an SMS confirmation of successful registration from TSD within 3 business days from the registration date. |

Can I apply to receive dividends with every securities company? |

If I have previously applied to receive dividends with TSD through another channel, can I apply again through the LHB You application? |
Yes, customers can submit new registration data to TSD to change dividend receiving information. Users will receive an SMS confirmation of the change from TSD to confirm the changes. |

Can I receive dividends into any bank account? |
Dividends can only be received into savings accounts and current accounts. |

The securities company you hold may not participate in the e-Dividend service.

Problems and Errors |
When I click the menu, the message "Your qualification does not meet the criteria for online servicing." appears. |
Customers registering to receive dividends through the LHB You application must be Thai citizens. |

I received a notification "You do not have any accounts available for transactions." |
Customers must have at least one savings account or current account registered for use through the LHB You application to apply. |

Customers have all their accounts hidden, making registration impossible. Customers can go to Settings > Manage Accounts to unhide the accounts. |
