Marketing Campaign Conditions for Pet Insurance through LH Bank channels (Banca Campaign)

Benefit - Part 1: For LH Bank existing customers and new customers (who did not have any product with LH Bank before) who purchase pet insurance package through LHB You application or LH Bank website (www.lhbank.co.th) from 11th November – 31st December 2024, plan S or M or L, where customers and applicants for insurance are the same person. They will receive Tops E-Voucher according to the following details:
• Plan “S” pay premium 1,950 THB and get Tops E-Voucher 500 THB
• Plan “M” pay premium 2,950 THB and get Tops E-Voucher 500 THB
• Plan “L” pay premium 5,400 THB and get Tops E-Voucher 1,000 THB

Benefit - Part 2: For LH Bank existing customers and new customers (who did not have any product with LH Bank before) who purchase pet insurance package through LHB You application or LH Bank website (www.lhbank.co.th) from 11th November - 31st December 2024, plan S or M or L, where customers and applicants for insurance are the same person. They will receive a sample product of Pawdy pet food value 250 THB.
4. The insurance policy being offered is provided by Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited. Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited is only a provider of promotional space.
5. Insurance coverage is subjected to the terms and conditions of Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited.
6. Buyers should fully understand the coverage details, terms and conditions before making a decision.
7. The promotional period starts from 11th November to 31st December 2024.
8. Each customer is limited to 1 benefit (1 benefit contains 2 parts) per person throughout the promotional period. The benefit is reserved exclusively for those who complete all promotion conditions set by the bank.
9. Delivery period for Tops E-Voucher by Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited is as follows:
• Customers who purchase pet insurance within November 2024 will receive Tops E-Voucher code on 10th December 2024 via email provided to the company.
• Customers who purchase pet insurance within December 2024 will receive the Tops E-Voucher code on 10th January 2025 via email provided to the company.
• Tops E-Voucher code is valid until 31st October 2025. After this date, the voucher will expire, and the customer will forfeit the reward. No compensation or damages can be claimed from the bank.
10. The delivery schedule for the Pawdy pet food samples is as follows:
• Customers who purchase pet insurance within November 2024 will receive the Pawdy pet food sample at the address provided during the insurance purchase by 15th December 2024.
• Customers who purchase pet insurance within December 2024 will receive the Pawdy pet food sample at the address provided during the insurance purchase by 15th January 2025.
11. Conditions for Using the Tops E-Voucher Code
• The electronic voucher (E-Voucher) can only be used once.
• The voucher is limited to 20 codes per receipt.
• The E-Voucher can be used as cash equivalent when purchasing products at all Tops Food Halls and Tops stores (excluding Tops Daily and Tops Online).
• The E-Voucher cannot be used for purchases of TOPS eateries, services, phone cards, prepaid cards, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, wholesale items, or bundled products with the same barcode (6 packs or more), food court items, or products and services from tenant stores operated by Central Food Retail Co., Ltd.
• The E-Voucher must be presented at the cashier counter with the barcode to claim the benefit.
• It can be used on both regular-priced and promotional-priced products.
• The E-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• The company reserves the right to reject all E-Vouchers in all forms of screenshots, photos, photocopies, or printed versions.
12. This benefit cannot be changed or canceled, and the bank reserves the right not to return the benefit under any circumstances.
13. Customers cannot transfer this benefit to others, nor can it be redeemed or exchanged for another prize under any circumstances.
14. The bank reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel, and/or adjust the details and conditions of this promotional offer, in whole or in part, including the change of the reward/benefit to one of equal value. Any such changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance through the official website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited: www.lhbank.co.th.
