The holders can buy-sell bonds at commercial banks, asset management companies, any juristic person with securities trade license (including bonds) or any over-the-counter market. In the latter case, the buyers are big investors or institutional investors only. In case of bond purchase in the over-the-counter markets, the bondholders may not be able to sell when needed, or the price may be the market price at that moment.
