TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the LH Bank x Thailand Privilege Card: Family Banking WEALTH Status
6-Month Trial Campaign for Bank Customers Who are Thailand Privilege Card member
This campaign is available to members of Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited (“TPC”) who maintain their TPC membership status, hold an individual deposit account with Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”), and successfully register for the campaign through the online registration form designated by the Bank. Eligible members will be entitled to a six-month trial of Family Banking membership at the WEALTH tier, free of any additional fees.
- Campaign period: from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027.
- Customer eligibility
- 2.1 The applicant must be a cardholder and remain a member of the Thailand Privilege Card (TPC) / Elite Visa as of the registration date.
- 2.2 The applicant must be an individual customer who maintains an active deposit account in good standing with Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited prior to registering for the activity. (Note: New customers must complete the opening of a deposit account with the Bank prior to registering for the activity.)
- 2.3 TPC members must register through the online form designated by the Bank, provide consent for the verification of their information, and successfully pass the Bank’s preliminary eligibility verification in order to be eligible for the benefits
- Registration Channels and Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
- 3.1 Eligible TPC members must register to participate in the activity via the Microsoft Form link designated by the Bank and provided in the official marketing campaign communications.
- 3.2 Consent to the Disclosure of Personal Data (PDPA)
- 3.2.1 Applicants who wish to participate in the campaign must complete and submit the registration form to the Bank, thereby providing their explicit consent to the Bank, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA), to collect, use, and disclose the necessary personal data, namely full name, passport number, and TPC membership number, to Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited
- 3.2.2 The Bank maintains strict personal data security measures and will not disclose any financial information (including account balances, transaction history, or credit information) to TPC or any third party without consent.
- 3.2.3 Providing consent to the disclosure of such personal data is a mandatory condition for participation in the activity. If an applicant refuses to provide such consent, the Bank will be unable to verify the applicant’s membership status and will be unable to approve the WEALTH-tier trial benefit.
- 3.2.4 The Bank and Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited (TPC) strictly adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). Personal data collected through the registration form will be collected, used, and disclosed solely for the purposes of identity verification, membership status verification, and fulfillment of the benefits under this campaign.
- 3.3 Registration, Processing Cycles, and Monthly Benefit Effective Dates
- 3.3.1 Registration will be open from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. The registration cut-off date will be the last day of each month, as follows:
- Round 1: Cut off on 30 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
- Round 2: Cut off on 31 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
- Round 3: Cut off on 31 January 2027 at 11:59 p.m.
- Round 4: Cut off on 28 February 2027 at 11:59 p.m.
- Round 5: Cut off on 31 March 2027 at 11:59 p.m.
- Round 6: Cut off on 30 April 2027 at 11:59 p.m.
- 3.3.2 Applicants who successfully complete registration on or before the monthly cut-off date will undergo identity verification and membership status verification with TPC. Upon successful completion of the verification process, the 6-month WEALTH-tier trial benefit will officially take effect on the 7th day of the following month. (For example, if registration is successfully completed by 30 November 2026, the benefit will take effect on 7 December 2026.)
- Benefit Terms and Termination of Family Banking WEALTH-Tier Benefits
- 4.1 The 6-month Family Banking WEALTH-tier trial benefit is non-transferable and may not be modified, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for any other prize or benefit under any circumstances.
- 4.2 The full name of the registered participant must match the name on the Bank’s deposit account and the participant’s TPC membership records.
- 4.3 If a TPC member who registers for the campaign already holds Family Banking membership with the Bank at a tier higher than WEALTH prior to registration (e.g., Wealth Plus, Elite, Elite Plus, or Elite Privilege), in accordance with the Bank’s standard criteria, this marketing campaign will not apply. In no event will this campaign result in any change to or downgrade of the customer’s existing Family Banking membership tier.
- 4.4 Upon completion of the 6-month trial period, continuation of the WEALTH-tier membership or an upgrade to a higher Family Banking tier (e.g., Wealth Plus, Elite, Elite Plus, or Elite Privilege) will be subject to the Bank’s applicable criteria based on total assets under management and/or total credit facilities (Total AUM), in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed by the Bank.
- General Terms and Conditions
- 5.1 The Bank reserves the right to amend, change, cancel, and/or modify the details and conditions of this promotional campaign, whether in whole or in part. The Bank will notify users in advance as appropriate through the website of Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited, www.lhbank.co.th, and the LHB You application.
- 5.2 All terms, conditions, and campaign periods are subject to the Bank’s discretion, which will be exercised reasonably and in the best interest of customers. The Bank’s decision shall be final.
